This month-long hybrid training plan is for those who want to feel fast and strong. It is a scalable program, built to increase full body strength and aerobic capacity for the experienced functional athlete. You will need access to equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cardio equipment) to partake in the programming. This program will solidify a strong base of physical and mental strength while sharpening transferable skills such as discipline, time management, accountability, attention to detail, and more. Through an in-depth personalized fitness assessment, I will be able to discover the most accurate and efficient ways to best assist you.
We will then work together to create a realistic training plan to achieve your goals in a timely manner, allowing you to become your best self both physically and mentally.
My monthly training programs cater to those outside of Chicago and my in person 1 on 1 training services are for those in the Chicagoland area.
